What a VZSOR Station can check.
Each page says what the station flags, how a shop sets it up, and what is not validated yet. The pilot measures it on your parts.
Anomaly detection
VZSOR learns what a good part looks like from your own photos, then flags anything that looks different. No defect photo library needed.
Read →02Surface defects
A bench station that photographs each machined part and flags scratches, dents and nicks on the visible faces for an operator to review.
Read →03Missing features
VZSOR flags parts that look different from your good ones, including a hole, thread or chamfer that was never cut. Presence only, not size.
Read →04Assembly verification
VZSOR can flag a part that looks different from a correct assembly, such as a missing or wrong insert or nut. This is not yet validated.
Read →05Finish and contamination
VZSOR flags parts whose surface looks different from your good ones, such as stains, residue or visible chips. Not yet validated on these defects.
Read →06Handling damage
Put VZSOR at the end of the line to flag dings and handling marks from bins and transport before parts are painted, packed or shipped.
Read →07Small turned parts
Swiss-turned parts mean thousands of small things to look at under magnification. VZSOR flags the odd ones for a person. Field of view limits apply.
Read →08Traceability records
VZSOR saves a photo, heatmap, result, operator and lot or serial for each part, so you can show what was checked when someone asks.
