Software that keeps the inspector in charge.
An operator screen for the bench, a dashboard for the person who pays for scrap, and a record for every part in between.
Six pieces, one system.
Setup wizard
Pick the part number, seat good parts, and the wizard takes about 60 photos and trains the model. No defect photos, no code, no settings to tune.
Operator screen
Live camera view, PASS or FAIL, a heatmap over anything that looks different, and the part record. Lot stays set between parts; serial clears after each one.
Overrides
The inspector can overrule any verdict and must write a reason. Both verdicts are stored, so you can see where the model and your people disagree.
Manager dashboard
Defect rate, first-pass yield, escapes, false rejects and the cost of scrap over any date range, with defects by type and the worst part numbers. Every number links to the photos behind it.
Alerts
Rules such as several FAILs in a row, or an escape found by an override, raise an alert so someone looks at the machine before the next lot.
Reports and CSV
Pick a date range and export every inspection to CSV, with final result, operator and model version. Your records are never locked in.
