Web dashboard

Lines, lots, photos, money, reports and alerts in the browser. Alerts show in the dashboard when a rule fires or a station goes silent.

Station HTTP API

The station app serves a local HTTP API on the station computer. POST /inspect photographs the seated part and returns PASS or FAIL and the score as JSON, plus the photo and heatmap files. Interactive docs are at /docs on the station.

CSV export

Any date range from the Reports page, one row per part: verdict, final call, lot, serial, operator, model version.

Part files

Export a trained part as one file and import it on another station, so a second station does not start from zero.

Can the station drive a reject gate today?
Not yet. Today the operator screen shows PASS or FAIL and a person moves the part. If you need I/O for a pilot, tell us what your line uses.
Can my own software call the station?
Yes, on the station computer: the local HTTP API takes a photo and returns the verdict as JSON. It is not exposed to the internet.
Can I get the data out?
Yes. CSV export from Reports, for any date range.
